14. The average processing time to forward an emergency call transiting through the 9-1-1 network from a 9-1-1 emergency centre to a secondary emergency communication centre must be no more than 60 seconds.
Other forms of emergency communication must be forwarded to the secondary emergency communication centre as soon as possible.
